Meet Bree 

Bree is a Clinical and Performance Psychologist who combines evidence-based psychology with practical strategies to help people reach their full potential - whether in sport, work, or everyday life.

With expertise across both clinical and performance psychology, Bree understands the wide range of challenges people face, from managing anxiety, stress, and low mood to building confidence, handling pressure, and navigating life’s ups and downs. Her approach is practical and tailored to each person’s needs, whether your goal is to feel better, bounce back from setbacks, or perform at your best when it matters most.

Bree works with a wide range of clients - including athletes, performers, professionals, and those navigating life's challenges. Bree currently works at the St Kilda Football Club, the Victorian Institute of Sport, and also provides individual consultations and group workshops in both performance and clinical psychology.
